I contacted FROG in hopes of recouping money from old claims. Claims from my office had been submitted via paper to the insurance companies. MBS of VA did all the necessary legwork to get me registered with an NPI number, dealt with the insurance companies on my behalf and successfully processed all my old insurance claims. My claims are now being processed electronically and I received payment for my old claims in a matter of days. I am very happy with the personal service I have received!
