Question: I am concerned about security on the internet.
Answer: Transference of your documents is not done via the internet. There is no danger of data being compromised.
Question: I have sensitive information. Do you contract your work out to other vendors?
Answer: No. All of your work is done in our offices. All staff have had background checks, credit checks and drug tests performed prior to employment. We also employ DoD security measures and CMMI practices to ensure the highest level of security.
Question: How do I know all of my data has been transferred?
Answer: Not only are there quality control checks along the way but a comparison is done before and after copying the data to CD to ensure all data has been captured.
Question: I have a large project. Will I have access to my data during the transference process?
Answer: Yes. During the initial meetings with your staff we will get direction on the documents that will likely be needed during the process. Arrangements will be made to have them available to you.
Question: I have a small project and an even smaller budget. Can you still help me?
Answer: Yes, we are committed to help you get your office documents under control with a price you can afford.
Question: What will I receive at the end of the project?
Answer: You will receive your CDs labeled and in a customized lined binder to prevent damage to the CDs, an index with an abbreviated outline of the contents of each CD for easy reference.
